Firstly, stripping the mechanical equipment/component down for a thorough inspection of all internals, this lets us build a picture of what will be required prior to providing you with a detailed estimate.
Once approvals are given it’s onto the refurbishment stage done in the clean section of our workshop ensuring no contamination from other ongoing projects.
Parts are sourced from pre-approved suppliers and OEM where possible with full tracking of components installed/replaced.
Once complete it’s onto the testing phase with reported results.
And lastly if required we can install and carry out operators testing on-site to ensure full confidence.
